OnTrack is a free online treatment program that helps you self manage your recovery from depression. It focuses on practical things you can do to make things better and helps you to set goals.
MoodGYM is an innovative, interactive web program designed to prevent depression. It consists of 5 modules, an interactive game, anxiety and depression assessments, downloadable relaxation audio, a workbook and feedback assessment.

MARS – Men Affected by Rape and Sexual Assault
Stonewall Medical Centre, 52 Newmarket Road, Windsor.
Self help support groups for men established in 1993. No fees are charged to card holders, bulk billing or private billing may apply. Groups open every few months for new intakes and men can stay as long as they like. Entry age is 16+. Male perpetrators of sexual assault are seen individually and a social worker is also available for counselling for both victims and perpetrators. A GP Mental Health Care Plan may be necessary.

GLADS: Gay & Lesbian Alcohol & Drug Support Group, Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm weekly
GLADS is a safe, non-judgemental support group for those who want better relief than substances can deliver. Started in 1991, it meets every Wednesday 7.30pm to 8.30pm at Gladstone Rd. Medical Centre (back door), 38 Gladstone Rd., Highgate Hill. It is free. Donations welcome. It is an open group for individuals of all sexualities and gender identities. Whatever your substance, you are welcome. Relief is our only agenda. There is no pressure or guilt. Meetings alternate between identification nights ( story sharing) and issues ( personal growth and understanding). Honesty in safe places produces relief, even if you don't talk.
